Iron cupcakes?!

You heard right... Welcome to the Iron Cupcake Challenge Meetup, where members offer their concoctions as competition against other cupcake auteurs. 

Don't worry, the cupcakes aren't really made of iron.  The name is a nod to another cooking competition.

These cupcakes are made of nice, traditional cupcake ingredients like bacon, dates, and cream cheese???

Every Iron Cupcake Challenge Meetups has a theme, and members must develop a relevant treat. Past Meetups have included themes like Breakfast, Pomegranate, Sour, even Corn!
