Hurricane Relief and the Holidays
With the Holiday Season around the corner, many folks along the East Coast are still recovering from Hurricane Sandy. Meetup Groups all over are helping to make sure those affected still have warmth, food and toys for the Holidays.
Looking to contribute? You can attend a toy drive in Dallas or dance with the Rockettes. Several Meetup Groups in New York are hosting SandyCon: A Hurricane Benefit for the Kids of Breezy Point.
There’s even 12-12-12, a fundraising concert to aid the victims of Hurricane Sandy. Get a watching or listening party on your Meetup’s calendar to enjoy the community spirit with your fellow Meetup-ers.
